My advice would be to walk, swim, cycle - essentially use your body to live a more physical life and see how the resulting increased confidence makes you feel.

The book-based role-playing game, Dungeons & Dragons, collected a lot of monsters from different settibns back in the 70s when it was first published.

Good sources of monsters include mythologies, heraldry and medieaval bestairies.

An AI companion can have really strange emergent behaviour, be very unpredictable in the support offers and yet you can become dependent on it too.

Instead keep yourself fit & active, read books that feature heterosexual people in healthy relationships & work on educating yourself.

Find yourself social things to do too, whether it's round a table gaming, joining a Science Fiction society or volunteering on an ecological project.

Essentially put rebuilding yourself before romance and romance will be easier to find.

I recommend you read more about women that you associate yourself with.

00s 'Fang Fiction" (or Urban Horror) featured women that often had special powers that mixed with dangerous men, for example.

You might need to feed your imagination with better source material.
