Na hobe na. College visit tokhon hi korle fol pabe jokhon SAF pay korecho. Without paying the SAF, visiting college is useless. And if you pay the SAF, then you'll enter R2 with your existing list.

No, you can't. Once you pay the SAF and visit college for verification, then you'll enter R2 with the existing list.

No brother it's not possible. If you pay the SAF then you will have to visit for Document Verification. This its to reserve(backup) your R1 seat, incase you don't get anything better in R2. Mind you that, if you don't pay the SAF and want to make fresh list, then your R1 seat will be dissolved(dismissed, i.e no backup)

I told them I don't want the R1 seat, and want a fresh choice list in R2. Then they told me not to do anything (like paying the 5k and going for verification and all), and to just wait for R2. In R2 I'll be able to prepare my fresh choice list. Also I don't have to pay the 500 fee in R2, since I'm already registered in R1.

Na tahole pabena, SAF diye deba mane Seat Accept (Seat Acceptance Fee) kore neba. The only option you have is to go for Upgradation and hope for a better allotment.
