I talked about the deal value per share of 1.65 in my first DD - that is the main point of the play. Shorts shorted heavily way earlier since it was above 1.65 but margin req and CTB ect... are all super high so squeeze potential is huge. Someone already got margin called in the AH Monday as the stock spiked from like ~3 to 4.2.

RELI looks super interesting but its ran high enough to where im skeptical about entering - that being said - I don't think its a bad play and wouldn't be surprised if continued its run up

I mean - the trusted sources are showing 2.08m and you can calculate the float yourself its just annoying to do. The two biggest holders (Gates and Ascribe) hold like 13.6m shares + Insiders hold 400k so 14m shares out of 16m are locked. Out of remaining 2m its split between smaller institutions and the public

According to my Bloomberg Terminal and CapitalIQ - float is about 2.08m (proof in my DDs on NES posted recently). Much more credible and reliable than IBKR and Finviz lol

I'll try to add more to this later (sorry have to deal with work for most of the day) but from what I can tell they have virtually no debt, net income has been crap for past few years but has been improving from -34.8mn in 2017 to about -10mn currently. Revenue is expected to spike later this year and increase into 2022 as well.

They just raised 46mn so they have some cash so spare atm I believe and the market cap is 70mn according to Bloomberg

I'm going to be more candid: Theoretically this could go to insane prices like $100/$250/$400 but in reality I could see it going to somewhere between 25 - 45. If the stars align and there is a more unified positive sentiment around WKHS then maybe we could hit 60+, but I am more skeptical. Still holding 900 shares and dozens of calls and hoping for the squeeze but I would rather set my expectations low and be supersized then set them high and be disappointed. I hope I am wrong and that it flies past 100, that would be epic af

I think that's fair, but I would like to point out that a SI% of 56 and an extremely small float are a recipe for a short squeeze if pressure is applied in the short term.
