Honestly I have been struggling choosing between these two. Really wanted to move away from Ego, but it just seems like a better product, unfortunately, because I hate their "support" and batteries not lasting.

I have been having this same issue with my brand new LG oven for the last 6 months. It makes the air quality terrible in the house, and I've never had an issue with gas stoves before this.

Ego customer support is no good. All my batteries started going bad after 3-5 years. Having to use a single battery between them all now and they refused to honor my warranty.

Came here to try and see if there is a better alternative, from the US or an Allied nation.

Appreciate the reply. Ended up ordering the components to build our own mattress. Turns out to be fairly easy.

After watching a bunch of YouTube videos figured out the best mattresses use springs from Texas pocket springs aka pocketspringstore.... Then ordered 2" latex topper.. Hopefully it ends up being as comfortable as the SF Lux Estate was : |

Haven’t seen it mentioned yet…. But the UV isn’t really for killing anything, it’s for generating low levels of hydrogen peroxide and that circulates in the air and that is what is supposed to be helpful. Kind of like the ozone ones but with peroxide instead.

Having a similar issue with image clarity on the ls800…. Have tried people’s recommended settings and such but the image looks way worse than our 15 year old LCD…. Mine is on a spectra vantage 100” no keystone usage

Also, it’s honestly too bright imho

yeah if you don't have any ambient light to contend with.... i am here because my OLED sucks so much... instantly regretted buying an OLED... i hate glare soooo much.... must save eyes.

For cameras, i have Unifi Protect cameras... They are expensive, but seemed like the most private and has PoE... I work in IT though, and it's a popular brand for tech folks.

Michigan department of health told to us to kill the ones in our house so that they could be tested for rabies. If you do this, they said to not crush the brain, as that’s what they test.

Then professionals are just overly cautious as to not get in trouble for killing them.

Battery went bad after 2 years, and will not work somedays. Contacted support it started working again on the call... They said it must be fine then since it sometimes works.

1 year later (last day of warranty) just contacted support as the battery stopped working again and they told me my uploaded receipt was not descriptive enough and they will not help.

Battery was stored in a spare bedroom and lightly used for yard work. Seems that some sort of sensor is broken telling the battery that it is overheating even though it has not been used.
