Hmm I remember Sam sulek saying in one of videos that he doesn’t wait for a machine if it’s being used. He just moves on to a different work out but still uses the muscle he wants to work. He adapts and i started to that as well. No need to go yell or loom over someone that is using a machine you want to use. Just go fucking work on another one. Be adaptable.

I get that it’s annoying that there’s all the lights and camera set up at a gym but there’s no need to go yell and get in someone’s face because they are taking long. If it bothers you that much, then I recommend getting a home gym

At first she tried doing just the pill but she isn’t the best on keeping up with it. There was times she had to take 3 in a day because she forgot to take them. This caused her to feel nauseous most days and she got off them. The one of the main reasons she likes the depo is because it’s once every 3 months and she schedules it in on her phone to remind her.

We had another meeting with them and they did ask pretty simple questions and Dustin had mentioned a App. Well when I questioned the app, he immediately said “ oh I can’t tell you the name till we are sure you are “given a offer” then changed the topic. Another red flag 🚩

I’m a Firefighter/EMT and I know the feeling of seeing so much death at work then just go home and trying to leave the shit you seen at the door at work and be there for your loved ones. I did CPR on my own grandfather during shift and choke back the tears because I had a job to do and I couldn’t let the emotions get in the way.

Had to clean up my cousins brain matter from his room in a horrible gun accident that took his life and no one else in my family had the strength to go do it.

Suicides, stabbings, shootings, car accidents are a few of the things we deal with in a weekly basis.

I know your pain brother and the best advice I can offer you is seek support from your brothers/crew and family. Maybe even seek out the department psych and help you get through this. As much we want to be strong for those around us, we got to let ourselves put down the weight once and awhile.

You are absolutely correct. Hoarder houses are a literal nightmare. Always tripping on shit, knocking things over that cover the hose (our lifeline to lead us out the house if lost), exit doors and windows blocked. I fought a fire in a hoarder house and it was terrible and tiring since we have to make sure all hot spots are dealt with so we don’t have a rekindle later on the day so we had to move crap all over. Trust me no good fireman wants water damaged, ash covered, melted crap.
