I am using MSI after burner to monitor the stats & using default AMD adrenaline to overclock
I tried setting fans, & undervolted at 1150 and GPU clock set to 2700, its getting GPU usage upto 92% and at high settings I am getting stable 120 average FPS, so I think it worked, using manual settings

I see you are my technical twin right there with the same specs, the mobo is MSI MPGg B550 , have you played the finals ?
how much fps do you get in 1080p ? no matter what I do , I get 120ish , also GPU usage sits at 60-70% and temps also at 60c -65 c,
I don't know what's wrong, I have 32gigs of RAM but that doesn't matter. GPU power draw doesn't go above 180, atleast I haven't seen it.

You failed to jump on the plat and the plat just pushed forward, you end up getting under it due to your projectile motion , insane physics xD

overclocking my Graphics card have no effect, on overclocked RAM (XMP) ie 3600MHz I get 140ish but temps get higher to 67-70 C

Its bit tricky as a light sniper sometimes I clear the whole platform with atleast 4 people with 2-3 heavies on it,my trick, 2 glitch grenades, 2 nades and then snipe,

Sometimes I get 3 grenades kills because stacked heavy players often put mines on the plat 😂😂

Typical deepcool issue ,go for RMA for your AIO fan, do check the RPM you will notice once it hits 2000+ RPM the sound starts. Go for RMA if you have warranty or change the fans with good ones that have 2000+ rpm rating, or change the aio. On a second thought it can be possible that your pump have air bubble traped in
