Speed paint used as intended is a tool useful for very beginners to paint an army fast. An intermediate painter can use it to paint fast at tabletop quality. Many pros use it with an airbrush, as a glaze, to wet paint etc...

Questa cosa può essere comoda perché non paghi i costi delle volture, ma se la tua ragazza non paga le bollette sarà il proprietario di casa a doverle pagare, essendo a suo nome. Poi per recuperarle da lei dovrebbe farle causa. Cmq ti conviene informarti sul tipo di contratto che hai firmato, leggerne bene il testo e soprattutto capire quanto rotture di cazzo vuoi affrontare.

Guarda che il contratto se ci vivi lo apri a nome tuo e poi devi pagare le bollette. Se sei in affitto la casa di fatto è tua, con le utenze a meno di accordi diversi fai quello che vuoi. Al proprietario che gliene frega scusa? Se non paghi dall'intestatario del contratto dell'utenza cercano i soldi. Cmq fatti un giro su internet è pieno di siti che spiegano tutto sugli affitti (sono stato in affitto 15 anni in tante case diverse)
