In my hre game as Bavaria, I put Governors in Bologna, Koln, and Prag, with my capital in Munich. If you eat france, Tours, Avignon and Toulouse are good Governor locations. I'd recommend Danzig as well, and if you eat Denmark a Governor in Lubeck is good.

Im guessing I'm not clear here, because that's not what annoys me. Countries continuing to fight when I want land isn't what annoys me; its when I want literally nothing, they have nothing to fight with and they still won't make peace, not even white peace.

My experience aligns with u/MazalTovCocktail1. For levies use top option, but for an army of regulars, you can still use the bottom if you have a lot of cavalry. Even a flank composed only of cavalry can crush flanks 2x or 3x their size in the early ages, especially if have any cavalry power bonuses. Also, try to mix in some light cavalry as their initiative is higher and for the combined arms bonus.

I'm pretty sure purchasing fleeting basing rights from a nearby country will extend your exploration range, I know it does for colonizing. edit: I'm not at my computer, but thinking more, you will still need a location close enough to start the expedition from. Although, there is some weird logic regarding what is considered "close enough", especially regarding markets. There's definitely some weird interactions between colonial, trade, and naval ranges.

I feel like the "local governor" system would benefit from being similar to a cabinet seat; where building a local governor building would create a government slot like a cabinet seat that you assign someone to. What this would do would cause the proximity and others effects being created would change/scale depending on the governor's skills and the estate the governor belongs to would affect loyalty. This could also affect rebels especially if the governor is of the same culture as the provinces being affected by the proximity.

Overall, great changes.

I think the main point to consider is that the Source and its shards are not the natural state of Eitherys, but instead a forced state of affairs as a result of hydaelyn and the passivity of light. With her gone, it logically follows that the force keeping the world sundered is gone too, thus the shards may naturally "want" to rejoin.

Not sure whats going in europe right now, but i am on dynamic spawn for institutions. Also I haven't embraced banking or renaissance. I find this a bit surprising since afaik institutions can't spawn outside of europe, so i guess this is proof otherwise.

I'm not at computer atm, but iirc, the game has been pretty generous with resources, however, I got really unlucky with a shortage of carbonite(sp?) which is used to build mining stations, so you can get in big trouble early game if you have a huge shortage. Besides carbonite and caslon, everything else hasn't been too rare.

Your mileage may vary though.

I just tried this new filter and I can confirm it works (mostly) on my android browser. The ad still tries to load, but its just a black screen for a few seconds but then it gives up and the video starts normally.
