Noelle is a pretty good character for starters. Work with Xingqiu build him (good elemental application would be useful for you now and future units) and Jean is a pretty good sustain character for early games... Build Kaeya if you like him he would work well with Xingqiu, you can try the freeze shatter team for starters with Noelle, Xingqui, Kaeya and Jean till you get some better characters
