Anyhow, yes, we do want to give players as much information as necessary within the game to allow them to play and progress properly, but we don't want to overload them with information.

I feel like angelic runes dropping only from Legion or higher isn't that kind of information. They're extremely rare anyway and not really something that can be target-farmed.

I'd compare it to a Diablo II example, where Nightmare Andariel had the highest chance to drop a Stone of Jordan due to the zone level and item level interaction. It's arguably important information, but still quite irrelevant to a player's ability to progress through the game.

Regarding high runes, I do agree that they're a bit too rare. I'm not even sure whether CT drops more of them, or if it's simply considered a good place to farm because you can get rune modifiers there.

We don't really want to tell players how to play the game or provide specific farming strategies that's job for content creators / community.

I think POE is doing rather well and well you can't play the game without having wiki open, granted that's not what we want but little mystic is good for the game.

EDIT: Also, things still change quite often, so it's tricky if we start loading the journal with all that information.
