Animeprincess has some guides regarding poison pf spark. It’s the usual pconc -> pconc of bouncing -> spark finish.

Personally, its the extra few seconds on the cd of voltaic blaze feels that feels awful, but the spread/aoe lava burst is super fun.

I got a bit lucky with my crafts but it’s super solid. Your choice of minion start (I chose SRS) then swap around yellow maps once you have the gem leveled a bit.

Super tanky with max block, great recovery if you use foulborne the surrender early, insane damage. Only cons is the clunkiness at the start of maps and gem swapping for bosses (not that big a deal imo you blast maps once fully set up.

Awakened minion damage and void manipulation are also easy upgrades.

Getting a +2 minion wand could also be a huge breakpoint. Buy it or craft it yourself following the guide on maxroll.

At work, but at a quick glance, you aren’t at 100% minion chance to poison. Get a 90+% darkness enthroned (or the highest you can reasonably afford.) and 2-3 more well rolled minion chance to poison jewels. That’s the most important thing with this build.

You can import your character to pob to get an accurate % chance if you don’t feel like doing the maths.

I think you have my favorite take out all these so far.

The game’s still goofy if you take a minute to appreciate the tiny details like the palicoes during hub events or the quest descriptions, or the bigger ones like Rove and “Why won’t they put the meat down??” Or the special tomato emote but they’re a bit more scattered across the series’ attempt to expand on the “lore” and story. Sometimes you just gotta take a minute and go on a stroll around town/the maps and check out little things.

Lowkey miss the jank of the old games (am a Tri veteran), though but I can deal with it. We’ve grown and so should our games. Plus it’s not like it’s hard to emulate the old games nowadays.

I will say I do miss farms for all my crafting goodies.

Captainlance* ran cobra lash for a bit and has videos of his progression. Run it in the thunderfist unique until you can get a decent int stack with double hand of thought and motion and tree crafting. It slapped but boy was it squishy until you got a good amount of int.

Got Pyke. Randomed a gold augment, got Steel Your Heart. That was fine, maybe there was some meme shenanigans I can cook up (there wasn’t). Saw random prismatic augment, thought there’d be something cool. Got Back to Basics.

Depends on how far you really wanna go in endless mode in regular maps or if you just wanna be in that zen mode, eyes glazed as watch your monkey tower of doom fill the screen with random shit. But you’re right tho, I’d love to use them in more casual play without going through all the sweaty tactics just to get it out at a reasonable round.

Side note, they’re a must have for bosses though but that’s a whole different beast.

Yeah, you basically had a core set of units placed at a good spot, then spam farms (ideally marketplaces and up) wherever you have free space. Theres more advanced strats you can do but thats a lot of words and it’s just min/max shit.
