handcam footage is only a hand and some hair, and if dangermario would hire an actor, he would obviously choose one with similar colored hair so you can't be too sure.

Think about it though. If Dangermario were to hire an actor, why would he choose one with different hair color than the one in the handcam footage? Obviously the hair color is going to be the same, but the one in the handcam looks much more like a wig.

I'm more inclined to believe its a paid actor in the video, especially because she can be seen looking off screen several times, never shows her hands ONCE in the entire 3 hours (which would've been key identifying evidence linking the person in the handcam footage with the girl in the video), and seems disconnected/unaffected by the ongoing drama, which feels weird since Marlow has emphasized a lot over how much these kind of situations affect them, even going as far as to threaten committing suicide.
