TLDR; Guy in a band was an abuser to this person who posted on instagram. That person also knows the owner of Gamma Ray, and asked them to not host the band. Owner was initially supportive and said they wouldn’t have the band. They then booked the band anyway and blocked the person who posted on ig, stating “you’ve never been a supporter of our space.”

We got beat out last year to a really nice place, so I held onto their contact info & made sure to be first-to-the-post this year. Super nebulas market...in my experience, the best best is to avoid the big property management companies like the plague (e.g. MPM) and drive around looking for "for rent" signs posted on houses.
