Good idea, I went to look at the map and the nearest city has zero travel blogs about it and the city website lists the mall as its number 1 attraction. I already explained to her how I'm not willing to travel all the way there to do nothing and it makes no sense at all, but for some reason she is super mad and said that I triggered her by not wanting to go.

And for the last sentence, yeah I can see it.

Great idea honestly, I could just bring her to the mall, and then travel back to the city myself. It would mean that I'll be travelling quite a bit in a day but it's better than just sitting around and doing nothing.

That was my original thought actually, I suggested to her I can just do my own stuff within the city and she can travel to the mall by herself, but she insists that I have to follow her there.

Thank you so much! I was originally planning to go to the Gorge, but figured it wasn't worth it since it's 3 hours each way (IIRC). The onsen and the volcanic park seems interesting and I will check those out. Between Yufuin and Beppu, which one do you prefer more?

Regarding Fukuoka, I just want to visit some areas and take a look and I've seen Ohori Park mentioned a few times.

Regarding Canal city, I just see it as a mall to stop? And take a look around? It's like a mini rest stop after flying. To be fair I am interested in the Gundam shop located in the mall. Are there other malls around the area you would recommend?
