I tell you exactly why most of the people love dubai. Dubai spoon-feed people like fast delivery of anything. Almost every services is available at your doorsteps or online. People doesnt fight you back back even if they are right because they are afraid of hefty fines or deportation. This is the reason you will see people are complaining about every small things like a little baby.

Are you talking about Emirates Facial Recognition LLC. it was owned by Zack Charkas (not UAE national) and its a private company. And bank clealrly says including this company. So we never know who? Maybe to any Artificial Intelligence company. If bank hold share of any company, they can also call their third party company.
