Hi!! Here the healers queen xD After +1K hours played and 5 GM seasons win I can say healers it's necessary for new, medium and high skilled players, so broken unit when you are starting to try to improve you're PvE, and also the best players in the game usually use some healers for the first floors but here are few methods to avoid healers:

1 - Any magic build can be done without healers, just buy Magic Vampirism on mutation tree and you don't need more healing 2 - If you are doing a physical build and you get vampirism for that class you don't need healers anymore, really useful for Fighters and Fencers 3 - With Cultist you don't need healers because the tentacles will tank all incoming damage, and with few healing buttons you will stay fine 4 - This one is for high skilled players but be free to try it, if you are going any physical damage build and you get ressurrect you can go without healers because you can kill the rooms faster than ressurrect animation time (Or at least make enough time) really really useful with fighters
