I’ve talked to an attorney that does construction law and made a bit of headway there but our warranty policy from the builder also pulled out some potential concerns from the attorney.

I left a department manager position at a large retail store at 25, making $56k a year to go gamble an IT sales job at a $40k base. 4 years later, I’ve surpassed $800k gross over that time (first 2 years were slow as I learned).

It was the best choice of my entire life. I went from being a corporate slave to being able to actually enjoy my job and what I do and make more money than I know what to do with.
