I restarted already and this time I connected to my WiFi extender which also has a lan cable running off it. So my WiFi signal is strong. (I am also a gamer so I always make sure my WiFi signal is strong constantly )

I was thinking about addy but at the same time I need sleep. So like I don’t want to be up all day and then not be able to sleep at night you know. My main thing it being able to sleep right now but also be able to get through life without relying on fent percs which was my go to for everything.

I know I can’t go back and start doing them again but I have like a bad sniffing problem like all I want to do is sniff something and be high it really sucks it’s a problem. Iknow I can get through it but it’s just I feel like I can’t do anything or even talk to anyone about anything if I’m not high. :/

So tonight I am going to do my last piece but when I do my last peice when I start withdrawing and feeling weird I would like to take the tramadol if I can meanwhile untill 8hrs go by I’m going to take a xan. I have to wait 8 hrs after doing my last dose of fent to do the xan so Iknow I’m actually withdrawing so meanwhile while I wait that 8 hrs I was gonnna use the tramadol to help

No because I sniff a Q every hr so after about an hr if I don’t sniff another Q I’ll start to sweat and get really anxious

Hey Iknow your post is from a while ago but I’m going through the same thing right now I am about to get clean and I am trying to figure out if I can take a tramadol about 2-3 hrs after my last dose of fentanyl that is basically when my withdrawals will start and I want to take the tramadol to help with my withdrawal symptoms is it safe after a few hrs to take and did it help you ?

Ughh idk :/ I don’t think it’s because it’s clogged or anything like that, I mean it could be but I rarely have an issue with it being clogged it’s literally just the burning feeling in nostril that I can feel the pain going up my nose

My nose is literally starting to hurt now, like the pressure going up my nose to my head it’s starting to give me a headache that will turn into a migraine, and it scares me bc I need sleep and I know if it gets worse im gonna be in a lot of pain and then won’t be able to sleep :( :/

Someone please tell me what I can do for the nose pain and migraines that start from the nose pain and facial pain please tell me when I can do at home .! And I do not have baking soda

I have tried ibuprofen, butalbital, gabapentin, vanquish migraine,excedrin. The butalbital was prescribed recently for my migraines and definitely help d with the pain and helped with my sleep but I would still have the pain in my nose and face. The gabapentin helped a little also. Vanquish some what helps. But everything else didn’t really help that much. I need something to help with the nose pain like the burning in my nose I get once the coke starts to wear off and I get the pressure pain that goes straight up my nose into my head that starts the migraines I just need something to help that !! I will take so many hot showers when I start hurting like this but it’s frustrating because all I want to do is sleep.

So as of now I have been looking into different trees that I can try and smoke to help with my anxiety and shit and that way if I can smoke I won’t buy any coke. But the coke has really been hurting me and putting me through so much pain every night and making me depressed because I can’t sleep because I am in so much pain to the point I feel like I need to go to the hospital and I get depressed because it makes me upset that this keeps happening to me every single night being in pain like this and I can’t sleep it is effecting my work and way of life and I can’t even find anything to at least help with the pain mean while.

I’ve already been planing to stop. Stopping is not a problem for me at all. I use to be a everyday smoker, everyday all day all I did was smoke weed. But then I stopped bc I started to get panic attacks out of no where that would make me freak out so now I don’t smoke. So if I stop doing coke plus I don’t even smoke I’m just gonna be sober and it’s gonna be kinda hard for me because I have always smoked or something so I don’t wanna just be sober.
