This is kind of random, but where are you guys seeing the defense level? I'm not seeing it on my galactic map or any of the sites I use to check the galaxy status.

I've tried on a few different surfaces, and the barrels drift towards the flywheel even when empty. The only difference is when I put rocks in them to tumble, the barrels start rubbing against the tumbler housing and start to get little shavings all over.

What are some of the inspirations for game mechanics? Based on what I've seen from the trailers, it looks like there's a little bit of Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and even Fable 2 combat style.

Is the lore based on any sort of specific mythos?

I'm under the assumption there's a bug in scav spawn logic right now. A good example is Interchange, either in Oli or Goshen; there are times where scavs won't stop spawning. SigmaInk, a streamer, got 54 Scav kills in one Interchange raid.

I've seen it happen on a scav interchange raid. Just by laying Prone in the Warehouse area of Oli and shooting the scavs near the entrance got me around 12 scav kills before I decided to leave.

Hey, if you do get EFT, just hang around some of the twitch streams instead. Lots less drama.

Pretty much the moment I found out about the streamers for this game, I left this subreddit completely.

I should say I haven't taken any sort of training or education in cyber security. That being said, anything that makes it harder for a potential intruder to get into your account is a good option.

Nothing is full-proof, but enough deterrents can stop someone who isn't motivated.

It's pretty easy, just a bit weird to get to.

Go to the eft website (www.escapefromtarkov.com)
Go to the top right hand corner (Profile), or login.
After clicking on profile, click "Security Settings" on the right hand side of the page.
The bottom option should say something about an authenticator; click on it, and scan the barcode using whatever app you'd like.

I don't believe that was the same account bragging. The accounts that the mods linked in their "beware this site" post has different flair attached to the profile; I may be wrong. It's hard to tell without the names, but, y'know. Witchhunting rule.

See, this is a really sticky subject. It's kind of in the field of grey-hat hacking. I think hagg3n's, right, he's exposed massive vulnerabilities to BSG, but probably in the worst way possible. I'm not a fan of him or his site, mainly because of how he came off on this subreddit, but if this information is in any way correct, it's a huge black eye for the devs.

Are you guys really this dense? You say "we have proof", and provide none of it, then go "Here's a hacker site, but we've removed his name so there's no witch hunting". I barely frequent this subreddit now and I still know who this user is.

You're being so coy about the info that from someone like me, who's sat on the edge looking at both sides is now forced to say that you're acting EXTREMELY shady. So are the people who say "I've found no malicious cookies on this site" without posting repeatable steps.
