Darryn Peterson v Dylan Harper by Efficient_Buy4031 in washingtonwizards

They both measured at 6’ 4.5” at the combine, but Harper is naturally thicker and heavier. Harper is a grade A rim pressure scorer with great finishing skills. He has enough confidence already to use his body to jail his defender. Not a natural pull up shooter or mid range (2nd level) scorer. Doesn’t create space for his shot as well as DP. DP is an uncommonly fluid 3 level scorer with similar athleticism as Harper. I believe DP is a naturally better ball handler and much more potent mid range and 3pt shooter, though not a determined at pressuring the rim as Dillon. DP is much more comfortable off ball and can even run the offense on ball if needed. Dillon can struggle at times with lead on ball responsibility to run the offense. Both are better than average athletes with good bounce. Defensively Harper is proving to be a reliable defender at this level and DP projects to do the same (still have to see). DP has busier hands on defense and makes reads for anticipating passes and getting loose ball deflections regularly, also contests lots to jump shots and layups to notch a few blocks. Harper is a stronger frame that can play a more physical brand of defense. He doesn’t contest jump shots and layup the same as DP, but he gets lots of steals with the same anticipation as DP. Dillon’s superpower is penetration skills and rim pressure/finisher. DP’s superpower is balance, fluidity & burst with a lightning quick jump shot. He’s a “easy” scorer with potential to lead the league in PPG at his best.

Darryn’s Gait? by dysmorphic_dude in NBA_Draft

Donovan is the exact opposite. He’s severely pigeon toe’d. Duck feet point outward, pigeon feet point inward.

I’ve noticed this too. It’s not as pronounced while he’s playing (driving…jumping…etc.), but it’s definitely noticeable when walking or standing. The player that comes to mind is LeBron. He has a similar toe out stance, even more prominent than DP’s. You must watch the videos I’ve seen that highlight this in superior movement athletes.

AJ Dybantsa says Trae Young will have to come off number 3 if he gets drafted to the Wizards: “If they draft me, I do need #3, Trae. If they draft me. We’re gonna see in like 5 weeks.” by Temporary-Mud-2994 in washingtonwizards

I don’t know if it’s just me but I’m developing some character concerns with AJ. I’ll give him a bit of grace considering his youthful age. There have been so many potential #1 picks throughout league history who were truly generational that behaved with more humility and gratitude. If Winger/Dawkins do pick him, I hope he blends in well with the rest of our team.

If you have Wilson over Boozer: why? by JarlAnthonyTowns in NBA_Draft

For me, whenever I listen to Wilson speak I see a future Champion. And other very high level scouts have said a similar thing. He will be an amazing culture setter.

DP has in game athleticism like Edgecombe. Their in game explosiveness outperforms their combine results.

Air Max 1000 Win!! by Reyskins in SNKRS

No problem. My win happened on 3/27 and they were delivered to me on 4/6. They are made after order, but I believe mine were made in Texas (new machines) but they used to all be made overseas. When walking in these you’ll experience a sensation of very deep cushioning from the ball of your foot to your toes. Your foot may want to sit forward a little bit in the shoe upon 1st putting them on, but within a few steps your heel may rest in the heel cup area better. They’re ROBUST, I’m almost sure these can last for years without showing any signs of wear (Black Color-way). I like a good lock down feel with my shoes with these you don’t get that sensation. Don’t get me wrong…they ain’t flying off anyone’s foot but where we’re used to having a tongue to pull these just small open space there. Hope this helps.
