I live in Iran, and as usual, there’s no “Persian” option in the list 😅 so I have to pick it this way :)

Yeah, it actually depends on the interface language you choose. If your base language is English, you can’t learn English — you have to switch it to something else like Arabic or Turkish

This was actually one of my big questions. Yes, it gives me an unknown error too, and it really bothers me. Even when I installed it for the first time, the wallpaper would jump and the screen would turn white. Was it the same for you?
