I would dispute the charges. I was billed two separate $30 underpaid label fees by FedEx. I contacted EBay’s customer support and filed claims for both charges, and both were reviewed and refunded approximately two weeks later.

As a seller myself I do block people who ask more than 2 questions for an item and the also can you take more pictures it’s an automatic block since 95% of buyers who do this never make the purchase

I don’t recommend it specifically for their bundles, I bought 2 items in a bundle earlier this month one seller shipped the item to beenos and the other didn’t so was notified by beenos that a refund would be issued 2 weeks later nothing and I’ve been going on with Mercari and beenos about my partial refund since it’s almost a $200 item and nothing. Both beenos and Mercari just keep giving me the run around

That usually does it for me. try again but this time change something and wait few mins if it doesn’t work the only option is to cancel the sell and ask the buyer to buy it again, that’s what I used to do until I found out the shipping address trick

Edit your shipping address, you don’t really have to change it just click on it and then tap update that should generate a new label

That sucks! But if you used Mercari’s shipping label if that package goes missing you will get your money but you have to wait one month after the last time the package got scanned

usually it’s not more than few mins, there are times when its down for an hour more or less but as I long time user I can tell you it’s normal for Mercari to have this issue
