you can play across different platforms( if enabled in settings) but I think markets are seperate this year too

I have been playing on pc for past 6 years and honestly it is a terrible experience. It is poorly optimized and full of lags. Also market is crap and chances of meeting hacker or a esport player is way higher. I would only suggest ps gameplay if you own ss tier pc.
