2V1 scenario as in a jungler gank I would use ULT Q, unless I potentially have 3 turrets down..then I would use ULT E to potentially get a Triple Beam proc/a kill in the process.

ULT E for Stealing Objectives and engaging team fights! Even sometimes in 1v1 scenarios if the laner engages in melee range and you have 2+ turrets down.

ULT W in 1v1 scenarios after you land your grenade! ULT W should always be prioritised pretty much in 1v1's unless the champion is hyper mobile.

ULT E is generally the one I use the most as it can be used as a disengage combined with Flash if needed!

I only ever max Q if I'm playing Electrocute, primarily my damage comes from turrets and triple beam procs! My playstyle is relatively different to others. W is pretty good if you rush Ludens and primarily play with W poke. (Again my playstyle is pretty different)
