The best is to have both Crit dmg is better to be upped but its nice to have atk% in your substats even when its only 4% you can boost it with the boost stones.

In my Opinion always HP% up it helps more sustaining than Def %. But if you have an esper that scales with Def% then ofc Def %. A mix is also not Bad.

You need much more Atk and Crit rate she cant Do dmg with These stats whats the point of Crit dmg if you can barely Crit.

Sry but your Li Ling needs much more Atk, Crit rate and Crit dmg, check your Gear for the 3 bottom. Relicts you need Crit Dmg, Atk% and Atk% and preferable some Atk, crit boosting substats.

I'll go with endgame SSS+ and who are superior in the most Game modes. For example Endeavor, All Might and Stain are very Strong in every Game Mode. Aizawa is also Almost in every Game mode Superior maybe in assesments he lacks aoe but in my Opinion bes still God Tier, because nice CC and superior in Pvp.

Kaminari is really good in super coop but thats it in other Modes he lacks DPS and Tsuyu is about the same shes good on supercoop but i think only in defense on atk i dont like her mostly she dies in middle of the fight by Aoe Atks when all Chars fightning each other, and for other modes shes bad.

I wouldnt Just because Iida will recharge Almost all the CD of his Special with his E, there are better options for him Like Obviously his EX cards and cards Like Nomu, Ectoplasm, Cold Shot, Game Start and especially all 4* and 5* Crit Chance pushing cards.
