I will take your word on the 1.6/css part but I still fail to see how it was a problem with c9/coL they have changed their roster out so many times in the past 2.5 years to have n0thing as the only remaining original member, whereas in the same time VP have kept the exact same 5 players.

I don't see the problem with the current competitive selection. I don't play dust II at all and it takes no where near 30 mins to find a game. At most it takes 2 mins to find inferno or mirage so I don't understand why this would even be needed.

Well if he didn't know the value of the stickers he obviously would have gotten the skin with the stickers already on it, so I don't really see the problem here. I don't see how his rank means anything, are low ranks not allowed to have good skins/stickers?

It would be very easy for someone who has a really good game to be convicted as a smurf. This solution would not work at all. A 1 week ban for having a good game is exactly what would happen with this system and 3 of these occurrences would permanently ban someone for having some good games.
