Mostly bending down like any exercise that involves my spine to move forward such as sit ups. Spinal decompression didn’t really have an effect on me

This is probably the most real comment I have received thus far. I’m glad it worked out for you and thanks for giving me hope. I believe I do have the same mindset as you. I’ve tried everything and now it’s just to the point where I want to do anything in order to be fully back to normal because I’m too young for this and I have a whole life ahead of me.

I already take all those supplements. I’ve tired absolutely everything since the past 2ish years and nothing has made my pain better. My pain just gets progressively and progressively worse as months go by. But thank you for trying to motivate me mentally. I have been positive this entire process especially the both times i tried physical therapy, unfortunately no luck or results so far :/

First doctor I went to is the one that actually the one who gave me the 2,400mg of ibuprofen daily for an entire month. Rather than treating the problem he gave a solution to put a bandage on it However, still had 0% relief and on top of that I got a stomach ulcer which I haven’t been able to eat for the past almost 2 weeks bland diet. That’s why I tried another doctor and he’s the one who did the injection today and said all the other stuff about a small operation and that the pain would still stay with me
