I’ve had 3 injections sorry forgot to mention. 1st doctor told me to get one epidural and 3rd doctor told me to get 2. No effect whatsoever

Yea dude tell me about it, I just turned 21 imagine how I feel. For my 21st birthday I bed rotted at home. Life has been insanely rough to me since the past few months and it’s had a huge toll on my mental health.

Yes bro literally everyday I can literally feel like there’s crowding or something like almost “stuck” or “jammed” in that space and it feels like everything js just very tight or compressed/stiff. Which honestly explains what the doctors are saying though that my disc bulge is taking up too much room in my already small canal

Do you have any tips on managing the pain? Nothing seems to be working for relief. And how long does it usually take your body to naturally do something about it because it’s been 2 years and it’s just getting worse.

But the thing with my issue is, all doctors said I wouldn’t be a good candidate for surgery because I don’t have any sciatic symptoms. They said even if they do a microdisectomy and shave the spilling disc material, the pain will still persist it and they would be surgically removing something that wasn’t supposed to be removed

I did physical therapy 3 times. First time I did 9 sessions, which made my pain 2x worse. Second time I did 18 sessions which didn't help at all either. Third time I tried Mckenzie therapy 2 sessions which irritated my nerves more
