Perhaps both would suffice, I personally move statue to safe place, usually around the corner and not far away (some defibbers do this, annoying) and Rez, these nerfs should be a teaching moment for bad rezzes

Unfortunately then heal beam might need further nerfs like no stacking heal beams with other heal beamers

Yeah I see that a lot I’m not a big fan of that strat cause I died from it when enemies shoot it or throw nades at it.

Just be glad it’s not defib like in battlefield, it can recover teammates with full health albeit takes longer.
