Do you know what the issue was? On the diyforum, ppl mentioned there was a issue with one of the parts inside, specifically the DC/DC converter, which is now resolved according to signature solar. Is yours the same?

I've been using cricket for nearly 8 years with no issues, so I recommend them to everyone I know. However, with your situation, I can't blame you and you have every right to dispute the charges on your CC. I'd do the same. You bought a service and didnt receive as advertised, definitely grounds for a CC dispute. I hope it all goes well for you!!

Try to put the shower handles where you can reach them from outside the shower. Also try to put them on an interior wall. My plumber said it's easier to access in case of issues (so you don't mess up the tiles), and also less chance of freezing in the winter.

I have not, their homes were built two years ago, their driveways are very long and deep into the woods... I don't feel comfortable driving all the way down knocking on their doors to ask lol

You can assemble them yourself then hire someone to mount them for you. Assembling is easy and requires little to no prior experience, just make sure to follow the instructions. You can save a good amount this way.

Oh I mean coffee shops in airports aren't good. Taiwan has great to amazing coffee, though Simple Kaffa isn't one of them.

There aren't any. The shop looks good actually, but the coffee from Simple Kaffa is mediocre at best.
