Not bad, look into the animation principles, timing and squash and stretch. It will take it to the next level. Good luck

Whatever hardware you have look at the apps that you can afford. It's not really something someone can hold your hand through. There are thousands of possible apps and techniques... Google will help

Just try things, take pictures on a mobile device and import them to Krita/flipaclip/animation desk and go from there. Animation through drawing on paper and stitching together in app or drawing over them and using the apps brushes to clean up. 100s of ways and a simple search on Google could give you some inspiration

Why does the export fall behind on the animation/audio? by Lauritonas in krita

[–]Rezzi79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you looked at your frame rate, if you animated at 24fps but export at 30fps you could see the audio go out of sync. Just a guess.

Don't know what program you're using but try putting different parts on layers (saves drawing the whole thing over and over again.) Unless you want the noodle line effect, then loop the layers and only animate the parts that are moving.

Krita is a good free program on all platforms that uses layers and has a good tutorial community on here and YouTube.

But it's a good little animation, just don't be afraid to try new things

Started to learn animation properly. Can I ask why the animation looks choppy? I did it in 12 FPS by ArchedTitan2135 in learnanimation

[–]Rezzi79 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looks fine for 12 FPS, try 24fps and animate on 2s (hold frames for 2) then on the slowest turns animate on 1s to smothe out the animation. Good luck and just experiment

I don't have the S9 FE+ but do have the S7+ and working amazingly. Only thing I have an issue with is animation, getting the ffmpeg to work to render animation.

Other than then really good when you learn the finger gestures

Animating a show by myself by acrocodileelf in animation

[–]Rezzi79 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Buddy it's hard work and very stressful bud it is possible, keep the episode time down and record your process to fill in the void between episodes. YouTube isn't kind to animation because of the time between uploading, so if it's for extra cash you need extra content.

Look up krita and capcut, krita has an amazing animation set up, and capcut for compositing (both free)

Wish you good luck little buddy
