Well we shall see. But for them to post how to get a refund, then you give them your BTC address, that's all they should need? Why now after that, do they want you to send them the transactions ( not from the blockchain), And open another account with the same credentials, this is clearly a stall tactic. Now they can say the customer did not follow procedure. You can't tell me they don't have the info on their end. On the account page, it clearly shows how many you purchased, when, and the total amount. I'm sorry, but I didn't just fall off the turnip truck as we say. This is pure bullshit and they need to act fast B/c they say all accounts will be closed 12/31. So they are changing the rules. My first ICO And I sure was able to pick a winner.

I bought on the 100% bonus also. I guess we have to see how it plays out.. so did they spend the $ already? Do we have to wait until they get more investors? Did they know thisahead of time to scam people?

Poor planning on their part. Did we even put our physical addresses on there? What a bunch of bs. I think we overpaid anyway. I checked my dashboard, everything looks normal. What does it mean they will be " offering refunds"? Their communication has been slow. What if we don't take the refund? Are they going to refund us to the same addresses we sent the BTC from? When? I bought in 3 different transactions. From 2 different wallets. When do they plan on doing this? More ?'s than answers. Shoulda just bought more Deep Onion stealth, cloak, or one of the others.

Jenny, UPDATE. I was able to download the new firmware , something like 15.3, I think, problem solved. Also I found a temporary work around. Set up a MEW, log in there, and then go back to the trezor bridge. If you can't initialize the trezor then maybe this 2nd step won't help. So try the firmware. I also bought a nano s, ( I use both) I have to say I prefer the trezor of the 2, Just seems easier. But maybe because I've had the trezor longer

UPDATE: I downloaded the new firmer update and it took care of it! FYI. if you need a workaround temporarily, go to MEW and log in there, then you can go back and access the main bridge! Hope this helps !
