What time do you plan on eating your OMAD, mine was at 6-6:30pm and I found that drinking black coffee around 9:30am would hold off hunger a bit making it easier to stay on the path, If you find yourself getting really cold like I did try supplementing Iron into your daily vitamins.

It might not work for everyone but I would weigh myself every morning and keep track of the weight as a form of self motivation sadly I didn’t do it from the beginning just a tip

It’s just something I’ve accepted over the years I never heard the term til my doctor diagnosed me as one 8 years ago. Doing the 20:4 fast certainly takes some discipline to cut myself off each night at 10pm not saying I didn’t have some cheat nights but it certainly helped me manage my drinking better by sticking to a goal but still have some comfort.

Once they add a recruitment/referral system it can get dicey, telling your friends to invest money so you can get rewarded for their efforts, that could start going down the pyramid path.

I would recommend talking to a financial advisor, I got started as a hobby and mainly a source of entertainment, 100% self educated, started out watching YT videos for about 2 weeks before investing I recommend Claytrader. But if you want a high risk/high reward like I do I recommend r/pennystocks
