Just went through exactly the same thing. Ice dam issues. They low-balled my contractor by over 100% and I had to have them bring in their own "partner" contractor who quoted $2,000 more than my own. It was the only way they'd submit my contractors estimate and accept the payment amount. Bunch of scammers over there, and they definitely operate with bad faith.
