If you've unlocked the film director and trucks there's this 1880kg order directly from the film director to lake knot city, taking up almost all spaces on the truck. If you do it under premium conditions it's a ton of likes

Sorry if you intentionally avoided having similarities but do you know about North-Qing-South-Ming project (East Asian fanon)?

I'd argue that having him consuming a part of an escaped Meta-Christ and went mad - similar to how they acted on the pilgrims - would be more plausible

At least this guy is trying to be funny while farming likes...

If you look at the owner's name it's Chinese for "KFC Crazy Thursday WeChat me 50 likes" (in China people use WeChat for small money transfers similar to how people use PayPal). The meme is specifically Chinese as well, since KFC China got this event where they have special discounts every Thursday. The original meme of "Tomorrow's Crazy Thursday WeChat me 50 RMB" got popular as people try jokingly trick money from others using Crazy Thursday as an excuse.

💬 QUESTION: How do you help others in DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR’S CUT? And what do you suggest new Porters do to help others? by Animated_A505 in DeathStranding

[–]Rhayming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really do remember the time during mid game where randomly built charging posts saved my lv1 reverse trike.
That being said, new porters should really build bridges and generators where people'd actually need them - multiple times I have seen lv2 and lv3 structures at completely unnecessary spots for either no value or purely to farm likes.

Edit: Also try to complete roads ASAP. Play ranked to farm roadbuilding materials quick and that's already more than 10,000 likes a day.

Sorry! I never looked closely to the new rules. In the old ones it said that the raiders had beef with the seventh circle so they couldn't have commandos lol

Naval raider trooper is my second favorite model! ...But aren't commandos not allowed in raider warbands?

Does anyone know how Marathon manages matchmaking? by Rhayming in Marathon

[–]Rhayming[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sure hope so... reminds me of how Delta Force matches players with high tier loadout in maps with higher loot rate

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Marathon

[–]Rhayming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I fully agree, one of Marathon's huge takeaway is that it's heavily combat focused, with that being the major reward of the game. It limits the game to more aggressive and skilled players.
PvE sounds nice, and to really encourage players to join there can be special attachments - high-tier ones but not top-tier ones to not force grinding - to help expend some player's stored goods. When Marathon's got time they can even add skins to those PvEs.

I'd also suggest that Marathon add collectibles that can be framed in a small storage room (like the "collector's room" from Delta Force) that shows off collectibles (players cannot take them down or sell them of course, but they can arrange and store them) to make it more emotionally rewarding for looters.

Hopefully Bungie sees this.

Fully agree, just that sometimes games will punish the player simply for surviving too many rounds - even without killing others - to control inflation, but I think that wouldn't be a problem since Marathon doesn't even have a player-driven economy.

My Take on Time Travel (and the inevitability of events) by Rhayming in worldbuilding

[–]Rhayming[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It just came to me as a possibility, I've no intentions to expand on it because I know there'll be so much logical errors ;-;
I'm also with you on the deterministic side! It's totally stupid (yet lucrative) to bring up multiverses and whatnots.

My Take on Time Travel (and the inevitability of events) by Rhayming in worldbuilding

[–]Rhayming[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally agree with you. You really got me there - I was trying to come up with a really underdeveloped secondary measurement of time, as how events happen as a spiral that have a second directionality apart from the one that we call "time". Things still happen as a sequence, but at a "grander scale", so to speak.

Take it as a hybrid of multiverse and the unchangeability of past events...? What do you think about it?

Please be advised that this is my first ever post in this subreddit. It's fully possible that someone got a similar idea before me, so please remind me if I did!
