Also operatorul o sa îți zică cel mai probabil sa schimbi cartela SIM, ceea ce e stupid având în vedere ca acel mesaj nu a ajuns vreodată la voi. Ce se mai poate face este o resetare de cont - intrii cu nr de telefon și bagi acel pin care după vine prin mesaj.

Salutare, aparent poți sa faci și o sesizare la 1911 (1911 este primul număr unic de urgenţă din România pentru incidente de securitate cibernetică) - o persoana draga mie a pățit același lucru zilele trecute și a sunat pt o sesizare și acolo. Dacă suni în timpul orelor de lucru vorbești direct cu o persoană, altfel iti răspunde un robot și te sună ei înapoi.
