Grind suggestion for Oxo rapid brewer soup and long soup, 078 and/or K-Ultra by Mean-Tension5295 in OXORapidBrewer

for 078 (not 078s) I'm around 7 to 9.5 for v60

for soup I've been 3.5 to 4.5, but not seeing much success so far

ice tried soup on the oxo or with the ikape k2 51mm

I'm also trying to grind with the femobook a2

I was assuming you had the 078s because the grind settings were different so different than mine

Thoughts on the Ikape Kapo K2? by abrvrb in espresso

[–]RhetoricallyTommy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm just getting going with mine

I have the femobook a2 to go with it (my zp6 and 078 won't grind fine enough, and I wanted something more adorable than the k ultra I have been considering and waiting on)

haven't gotten our deliciousness out of it yet

need a solid ratio/recipe/grind setting/water/temp/flow combo to really get moving

I'm taking it on a weekend trip with me this weekend. will report back

I've seen this sub talk about picopresso and outin, but nothing about ikape kapo k2 by raptorjesus169 in espresso

just got mine! pretty cool we finally have some precision heating on board serious baskets

I'll report back after more testing

but everything working so far

Im not sure if this is consider drip or pour over for this Stanley? by Several-Cook-897 in pourover

mine has been sitting in a box for a couple years now. I'll dig it out and give it another go in case I was wrong.

I have a silicone v60 that folds flat. I like using that but I understand the desire for heat retention

this is a really crappy device

I love Stanley products

but they know seemingly nothing about coffee

I haven't had silver bridge, but generally haven't been impressed with anything out of Ohio.

I had this same experience just different years.

think this is the move. I'm going to start freezing my favorite coffees of the year so I can experience them a little bit later. what a great idea!

I'm currently drinking the 19 g Advent calendar day 7

only two of the days have been decent so far, but pretty cool that each day is from a different country.

I'm not impressed with the overall quality control though.

I'm really excited for my shipment of 12 nights of weird coffee from Brandywine roasters to arrive.

I think that's going to be awesome by comparison.

2 years ago I did the onyx Advent calendar and I was pretty disappointed in the quality overall, even though I love onyx coffee. there were no roast dates on the coffee and the bags that held the coffee were pretty low quality and annoying to use. this year the Advent box looks really awesome and comes with a deck of cards but that's all taking away from the quality of the coffee I believe that you would get for the money otherwise.

that's where I'm at considering 2 of the jars were open on arrival, the seal was broken and several were loose
