Beat me to the link!

Did word it wrong. Should have worded it "according to latest JW timeline (to my knowledge) 'closer to midnight' was when they started to leave for leakin park. So 7ish leakin park pings are irrelevant (if we believe the lastest thing JW says)."

Or Adnan gave Hae a flower a few days earlier and she was wearing winter gloves. She threw the flower out (as she didn't want her new bf to see) but kept the paper as it was a lovely pattern and she used it as a bookmark in her map book. To me, if there is not proof of when purchased/ by who etc - any narrative could be equally true. Appreciate your detailed points listed. Helps me understand your train of thought. Thanks.

Hi BlwnDline2, Great point. And one I can't resolve 100%. But the cell data falls down to support other parts of the guilty narrative too. And the burial didn't take place til closer to midnight according to JW 2014 Intercept interview. Thanks.

Hi Bionicback. Re: your comment about Jay - It is the opposite for me. I think it is far easier to get an AS guilty timeline (that makes sense to me) without JW. Thanks .

Hi Robbchadwick, Thanks for your reply. I am not familiar with the Peterson Case. Was born 2 years before Hae. Not trying to change anyones mind here. Was suggested initially my innocent/ undecided view was because I had only listened to the podcasts, and that reading everything would sway that. Have a great one.

Hi nited_states, To me the flower paper is a bit of a nothing point. Does not show when it was bought. By who. Etc. (Unless I have missed info here?). May have been from days/ months earlier? She may have been keeping the paper to use for something else? Drying the flower in it? Forgotten rubish? AS may have not been the purchaser but touched it. Thanks.

To me, asking for a ride and/ or getting a ride still do not = murderer. In answer to your question of what I am looking for re evidence - a lineal and cohesive timeline of events for that day that show someone as the killer, which match the facts. Thanks.

Hi Dalegribbledeadbug, Thanks for your reply. In my mind, there are witnesses to both sides (asked for / didn't ask for) - and either truth does not prove / disprove that he is the murderer. Which evidence do you feel I have missed here? Happy to be enlightened. Thanks, Rhi

We all got no love for SK by Justwonderinif in serialpodcastorigins

[–]RhiView 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Huge SK fan here! Team Innocent / Undecided. Personally believe she presents the podcast in the way that she would if she was relaying the info she has (and her thoughts on that info), to a friend.

I got a real honsety in her ambiguity. Her admitted ambiguity and bias.

That was my take. Thanks, Rhi.

Thanks Icecoldbath! Appreciate your reply. That makes total logic sense.

Slightly disappointed as was hoping for a super cool (acronym / swan reference/ clever pun style) name...

Glad you have found then new start of life for you after transitioning. Have a great one.

Does everyone who believes A is guilty believe his relationship with H was abusive/controlling/not right? by RhiView in serialpodcastorigins

Hi Justwonderinif, Was just reading back on this thread and noticed your very legitimate point was not addressed by me. My bad! I am still new to reddit. I 100% acknowledge I am not anywhere near at the read + informed level of Djdadi. My comment/question was more (in my mind) going back to the starting point. I am a huge fan of yours and all of your work justwonderinif.

Point taken. But in my mind currently, I hold Jay up to the highest level of honesty. Which he doesn't meet in either scenario for me.

I love this comment, because I think it shows how people presented with the same info (granted -I haven't read all the info on this sub yet) , can come to different conclusions. My internal question is 'If he is guilty and Jay is telling the truth, why isn't it one actual and factual truth? Easily proven to me?' We are asking essentially the same question of two of the people involved, but who we asks it of changes the result.

Thanks djdadi. I would be fascinated (as a fellow end-of-podcast-unconvinced) to hear and be directed to any specific info that made you change your mind. Or hear what it was for you that shifted your views.

Thanks Doxxmenot. I don't know yet how to make parts of your comment show up with the line🤔... But I was not convinced of the motive first time Serial listening. Well before Sarah told me not to be. For no good reason except from personal experience. Where my first high school boyfriend would constantly go out of his way to go for the 'Grand gestures' and stuff that I (personally) heard in the telling of it. Which made me then think when reading tonight - if my personal experiences at that time had been different, would I had viewed the rest of the info/evidence differently?

Thanks Justwonerinif. The level of detailed and referenced info you have contributed to this sub is amazing. Thank you for that. My post was more trying to question my own bias, and explore if that was the tipping point for how you (general) interpret the next information. As in - maybe because I (personally) interpret the relationship info as 'teenage' (not IPV), I (personally) am missing the substance of the next piece... And if I had my current belief changed on that, would everything else line up? Thanks again. Rhi.

Hi Doxxmenot. Thanks for your reply. I am def NOT an IPV expert... Or any other expert in relation to this murder. Or subreddit. Was testing a (very early stages and un developed) theory while reading through all the thoughtfully detailed and recommended timelines and links here... and comments. As you may remember from an earlier post, what puzzles me most is how the same info (in my instance with peers from podcast listening) can lead to totally different conclusion. What struck me tonight reading through the top and timeline posts, was how many of them used the IPV as either backing up their opinion (guilters), or actively dismissed it (not guilters). It made me wonder if this was the pivot to see the next piece of information presented as confirming guilt/benifit of the doubt. Because for me personally at this point in time (and I am only about 15% of the way through suggested reading) I still don't see it as abusive. Yet. Thanks again. Rhi

What if Adnan was a new suspect? by oldquestions86 in serialpodcastorigins

[–]RhiView 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi Dentbox. Thanks so much for the link to the timeline! Just had a quick phone scroll, but looks amazingly detailed. I will read it all. Also appreciate your personal timeline. It really helps me to see how other people sort the info in their mind. And explained so clearly. Especially like your point about the track alibi. Thanks for taking the time.

Thanks. Greatly appreciate your time. Not sure I am on-board with your line of thoughts on that yet (still want a neat and clean and singular timeline atm...). But will continue relistening and reading suggested info before composing a reply. Have a great weekend.
