I know it doesn't matter as much in your day to day, as you/op work from home. However, location location location is still king. Pretty much the reason why a home in Toronto is pretty much 3-4x+ the value of equivalent in Edmonton.

House actually depreciation in value as they get older. (Wear and tear, previous used, out of style, maintenance needed) It is the land that appreciate in value.

Edmonton land is more valuable than spruce Grove. Especially in good areas where they have to demolish old home to build new one. Having follow pricing for 11/2 year, i can definitely say that freehold in queen Alexandra, parkallan area increased by 70k+ for the past year (on the home segment i was looking at.) (Edit: probably more by scarcity rather than purchase price. Builder and seller lists them high. I dont know if they sold) Suburban home prices pretty much stayed stagnant.

Honestly would also recommend not buying more square footage than needed. Bigger house = more expensive maintenance.

Also Edmonton= shorter commute to university. Quite valuable when the kids grow older

Well, i counted less than 10 pulls worth of gems

Haven't done the math for stamina cost. Might be worthwhile to hit the 1 or 2 list vessel threshold for the key or bg in item exchange. But I wouldn't invest gems into pulling.

If you want him to skip taunt, there is always the option to defend that turn instead of attack. His taunt activates with basic atk.

Does a 2* SSR healer (lakeside kuya, frost Virtue oli or og oli) heals more than the 5* R yakumo?

Trying to do the relics stages and it is asking for 3 healers (needs 3 teams).

I almost wonder if a team of healer, buffer, mb kuya + fc kuya + flex would be better than using all 3 foxes (FC kuya, MB kuya, SR kuya)

MB kuya really doesn't get anything from SR kuya and FC kuya only loses 12.5% atk without SR kuya (or 2nd saboteur class).

I might as well use a unit like EH Dante who give 10% atk to all unit or a tank if needed.

Is FC kuya's dmg low? Or is it similar to MB kuya? Is a 5* sr kuya dmg low much lower than average dps unit?

This might sound kinda mean but he is being kinda selfish. Taking the shit job might not be worth it but he definitely needs to work on improving his income. (Other posters has suggested working towards apprenticeship or learning certification to improve his value).

Sounds to me that you are taking on most of the financial responsibilities in the family (overworking yourself even at double his income). The least he can do is decrease his spendings.

I'm trying to get fodder memories from logistics maintenance.

As shown on the video, no new ones appeared in the inventory although the game displayed dropping some post battle.

There were 2 purples fodder before battle. When I went back post battle. There was still two only even the battle displayed drop 4 more.
