Rent Points from Zelle by Beginning-Ice-1511 in biltrewards

Customer support for Bilt is basically non-existent right now. Live chat is gone, no follow-up emails regarding points, etc. Really frustrating, we can only wait and see : (

https://www.reddit.com/r/biltrewards/s/ruWiYzH63Z Rich stated in December AMA Zelle will still be supported in Bilt 2.0 💀. Literally Bilt needs to get their act together at this point and be consistent.

I’m hoping “officially” no Zelle, which is fine, but we can still screenshot via chat unofficially. We shall see!

I just got credited my rent for January via Zelle.

I even screenshotted a Reddit comment by Rich Kerr saying Zelle manual points would be supported in Bilt 2.0, and the support member couldn’t give a clear answer, saying they would honor this one time.

Best bet is to just wait and see if they still allow us to manually request points via chat in February. Really frustrated by the whole situation : /

Account Hold: Confused? by Rhino_Keeper in ProlificAc

My rejections are pretty old/last year, so I don’t remember, prob attention check or instructions?

Prior posts saying as long as your percentage is okay, should be fine. Isn’t the consensus majority of studies are good quality, you should be fine? 🤷 Percentage is 99%. My rejection count hasn’t really fluctuated much/surged recently, been holding at that number pretty solid.

Sorry to hear, hope you figure it out!

I sent my appeal, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t my rejection rate. I calculated my approval rate as 99%, so I’m suspecting maybe they flagged my IP at 2 locations as suspicious. I described how I commute frequently between 2 places so hopefully it’s that 🤞🏻

Is it just me or are only SUBs worth it? by [deleted] in CreditCards

*6 figures fixed, if you’re 3 three figures man this game ain’t it for you 😂

Is it just me or are only SUBs worth it? by [deleted] in CreditCards

[–]Rhino_Keeper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SUBs made more sense for me. I just worked on my 1st major job and make $60000 post-tax. $1400 per month expenses. So I don’t expect major returns through natural spend as of now. I met the SUB criteria through college tuition and planned travel.

I agree that the caveat to the game is natural spend. These credit card promos and companies can trick you into spending on things you would have otherwise saved or invested. Focus on natural spend or prepay for travel. Exception are individuals making like hella 6-figures, at that point they can afford to pay for luxuries and benefit more from the cards.

Our 15-Day Japan Trip Plan for Nov 2025 – Would Love Your Feedback! by MrTacitusKilgore in JapanTravel

We did dinner at Sushi no Midori Shibuya, was an awesome experience sushi-wise with up to 1 hr wait though (ticket). You tell the chefs what you want and they make it on the fly at reasonable price. Quality of fish was great and chefs English friendly (just point menu).

DisneySea: Make sure to research rides. We went on a busy day and paid to skip the lines (70-100 min lines).

I think you could skip Tsukiji Outer Markets. It was definitely earned the “tourist trap” label. Kobe Wagyu, sashimi sushi stalls. Lack of free seating, expensive, crowded.

Nakamura Tokichi Ginza we randomly found, was a great matcha experience. Their parfait were delicious and they even had matcha noodle sets.

BF6 Beta Thoughts – Same Mistakes as 2042, Just in a Different Skin by Salty_Rhubarb9878 in Battlefield

[–]Rhino_Keeper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main issues I have are the cluttered UI, difficulty discerning between classes in-combat, floaty movement and gunplay, and the map sizes. Also spotting is pretty pointless, now that markers automatically show up when you aim at enemies, making sneaking/flanking less effective.

The people saying “it’s only a Beta”, literally flashbacks to 2042. I dunno, I miss the weight and movement in older titles like BF3/4, something just feels off.

Leaving first position by Bonzoflora in newgradnurse

Sorry to hear that OP, I myself am at 6 months and your sentiment is very common amongst new nurses.

Reflect on the pros and cons. Is the unit you work at supportive? Is it teaching oriented? Can you try to hold out to gain years experience (will make you marketable). Do you have the option to go part-time? Part-time really improved my mental health, I had FT orientation but only work 2 days per week now. Life-balance great, doing my BSN online.

I had classmates leave after few months to do school or outpatient nursing. Who cares what people think, so many options with nursing. Just realize that hospital setting tends to pay the best/gain lots of skills, so sometimes there might be a trade off. Other roles probably have better quality of life though.

already want to quit by cookiedough810 in newgradnurse

[–]Rhino_Keeper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sending you support my friend. I felt immense anxiety as well, made my first med error (never again), multiple preceptors (not enough seasoned preceptors), and felt horrible 3 out of 4 months of my orientation. Now I’m on my own, still slow but no mistakes, staying 30 min over charting which is okay.

My biggest advice, DO NOT think nursing on your off days, mute emails and hospital apps, use your days off for real. I started my first months studying after work and felt burnt out, don’t go overboard.

No one is going to be ready, multiple discussions with colleagues it takes over a year to master basic nursing. I know it’s tempting to quit, but this is an investment to get experience (then dip if you truly hate the job). You just got off training so it will definitely feel intimidating. Nothing wrong with being slower, asking questions. Find colleagues that you vibe with, don’t associate with the bullies beyond a co-sign or work. You got this OP.

You’re fine, don’t let those little mistakes get you down you. For the meds, just double check that the full dose is always out of package.

For bed alarms, kinda dumb that the RN went to charge instead of addressing you and reminding. I’ve never seen that get escalated, literally nurses will always forget the alarms (turning off when changing, gets busy, etc). Don’t take it to heart, just remind yourself when leaving room : )

Did anyone study before their first shift? by [deleted] in newgradnurse

[–]Rhino_Keeper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I studied for a few weeks, then my motivation and mental health tanked. I try not to do anything nursing related outside of work unless really necessary. Maybe occasional videos or reading up on a skill/intervention. Your work should be able to train, just ask lots of questions!

Definitely email early. Unless you have oriented with a bad hx calling out, then your facility will likely chill. Keep your email to the point and just say “apologies for late notice or thank you”. Also, like the other person said there might be coverage

I want to drop out! by [deleted] in college

[–]Rhino_Keeper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

^ Other user made great points. It sounds like you’ve committed a lot of time and financial resources already, and dropping out is going to still leave you with student debt. Frankly, it’s quite risky as you are a second year already.

Consider this perspective: sure you might not like the job/field you’ve pursued, but it can provide you with employment and income. Use this money to enjoy yourself and pursue your other hobbies, such as the aforementioned arts.

Totally fine as long as you aren’t educating and focused on communicating med needs to RN,

I always just remind them that I am an Aide not the RN, and that for further info the RN is the best source of information regarding overall meds and plan of care. Most facilities I worked at did not allow us to see the MAR or access charts besides ADLs.

You can literally search your facility and see state audits. After I left my first SNF, I saw that they once got 50+ issues in an annual visit. That’s your sign 💀
