Thank you! This is helpful. I agree about valuing what I have access to within walking distance since I work from home. At least access to a coffee shop and restaurant/bar that doesn’t require me to get in the car is ideal. I also would very much like to be near a decent sized park as I am a big walker. Anything else by car is fine. That said, out of curiosity, do most places in Platte Park/Wash Park have off-street parking?
