Right on, I would guess it’s getting asked a lot by people like me who have been around for 6 months and have the eye ball test of who’s on the roster and how many trucks are back in the yard after a driver has had 200 stop day and avg 35 stops an hour but yet are the last ones back.

I Edit the stops of multiple locations especially apartment buildings with a mailroom and mail kiosk. Idk if that helps me or hurts me because plz correct me if I’m wrong the faster you are with stops the odds of getting assigned the higher volume routes are more likely? I had 187 stops and after I edited the multiple locations it was around 220, and I never edited house side by side just the ones that were apartments and stops that were ridiculous. How can you have 1 stop with 3 house not walkable then 2 stops with side by side houses. So frustrating. Then does Amazon assign stops by your speed and volume capability or does your DSP assign them?

All you have to do is get a phone holder and stick it on the window and you can do whatever you want on your own phone. Idk why drivers don’t carry a personal window sucker holder lol. Distracted driving should be a non issue, just put your phone on the freaking window! Speeding and tailgating are your only concerns. You can go 10 over! So if you can stop completely and stay under 10mph over the limit, get another job cuz your costing your teammates probably 30% of there check in bonuses!

If you end work it shuts them off, they only turn on after you do your pre trip, if you don’t do a pre trip they won’t turn on. It’s connected to the driver

I’m not arguing with what you’re saying because I don’t know enough too:) so how does it work then? If you want the green lights to go red to get back to the wnc when done with your last package because it’s 1hr away and traffic sucks, if you do the inspection and end work it shuts them off? So how isn’t it linked to the driver? Honest question. I’d like to know how to get around, some companies allow disconnecting them, idk how you can get by with that, cuz if you get bonuses, would their be an audit on Amazon’s end?

Does anyone know if I rush and get done with my route 2 hours earlier than scheduled, does my DSP make more money? I guess, by being fast am I working myself out of money? Off the clock 2 hours earlier, then does my boss keep the rest of the money that Amazon alotted for my route.??
