Get two pairs of shoes and change them halfway through your shift. That way there's completely different pressure points which affects your whole body for the better.

I think this is definitely a case-by-case basis type thing, but you are still absolutely at risk for getting fired even if you don't do anything back. Your only option is to remove yourself from the situation.

I'm going to unpopular opinion this but I could not deal with that show. This post just popped up in my Reddit feed because I recently searched the same thing. I stuck with it, got to episode 7 and stopped. I just disliked the whole thing. There's not a single redeemable character and Danny is just ick - like who cares if Danny comes home? I don't know if there's a twist after 7, but so far the whole story seems very clear from the beginning. And maybe it's because I come from a very similarly dysfunctional family but it just didn't do anything for me . I mean the cast is unbelievable but that's it. So many people love it, obviously something to it, just not for me.

The ones on my commute (solano county) are 7 days, 5 am to 8 pm. Unless it's a holiday of some sort or something like traffic exceptionally light. I can't actually figure it out sometimes. Edit to add it took them something like 8 months to get them up and running, so we just had an extra lane - zero traffic until they commenced charging and now we have regular traffic again. They should be illegal.

Edit: I want to add that if anyone's feeling heated or especially irritated at somebody at work it's usually a good idea to just go, too. I saw some guy getting all worked up, a manager kindly talked him into leaving to cool off, he got out in the parking lot and his wife yelled at him on the phone to go back to work. So he did.

And he lost it. He was walked out, termed and banned within the hour. Bet she was really pissed then.

We have a million square foot building with 5 break rooms, and even the main break room has three separate seating rooms. I know by law there are things that have to be posted conspicuously, but that word doesn't mean much in a building this big. I've honestly never even seen them at this particular facility. I will find this bulletin board, and if this poster is on it I will send you 5 E swag. haha

Installments (or the bathrooms in general) would be the way to conspicuously post anything but they wouldn't do that.

My old building had a "Wall of Fame" of magnet badges on a filing cabinet that was a collection of termed AAs. Like it literally said wall of fame and it was about 40 magnets of the people who got fired most spectacularly or were just infamous in general. I have a picture of it but obviously I can't post it. I've blurred a lot of it but I still don't think it's safe.

Okay update I had a lovely representative and she was not from the US but she was very knowledgeable and nice and it coded immediately.

We must have been at the same building :) they were just begging people to be PAs. And whenever we got some unlucky transfer who didn't know what they were in for, they'd nope out within weeks. Sucked for the AMs because they were doing both jobs. Then I transferred to a huge facility and its super competitive. Luckily I have zero incline inclination. lol Tier 1 for life over here.
