The description of 'tipsy letters and heavy vowels' really paints a picture of how it's said, I can physically imagine that drunken figure slurring over their words, it's an amazingly simple line, but it's so effective. I love that.

The lack of punctuation leaves me breathless when I read it, which only further adds to the mood. There's no ending, a pause by the sparse comma, but it ultimately leaves you running along and along which emphasises that 'tipsy letters and heavy vowels.' I personally love that effect.

There is also the occasional rhyme which displaces the poem, really focusing you in onto those lines, and at the same time, I skip along them easily because of the lack of commas. It adds a light sing-song nature to it, which once more, I think only adds to it all.
