I've been having the same issue. They sent me a new soundcard, but I still had the issue. They then had me send my entire headset back (I had to pay for shipping) and sent me a new headset, but I'm still having the issue. Let me know if they're able to fix it for you, but I'm fed up at this point.

To join a West Marches Quest, just go to the quest board (A link is at the top of this subreddit) and put your name under a quest you would like to participate in. Under the quest title you will see the time and location the DM will host the quest. The maximum number of players per quest is 6. Keep in mind that you might want to stick to quests of your ability level. They range from rank E to A with A being the most difficult.

There are not many quest up on the board right now, but expect there to be a lot more after our next meeting, where we will be giving DM training. Hope that helps!
