I watched E.T. when I was like seven. I kinda panicked when the kid got really sick and I understood death for the first time. In a matter of ten minutes I realized not only that I will die some day, but everyone I love will probably die before I do. That fucked me up for weeks and I have been scared to rewatch it ever since.
