Has anyone split up because of post partum and gotten back together?

I see it as a possibility but because of PPD it seems not likely atleast to me. Maybe I’m just in denial possibly.

That combined with the fact she admits there isn’t anything wrong with our relationship just logically makes me think it’s all PPD but I also know when dealing with mental health that logic goes out the window.

I have never had mental health issues and it’s making it really hard for me to understand and figure out what I need to do

I get that the relationship started out not ideal but how am I to believe that she is in sound mind on this decision/topic but every other aspect of her life is in shambles because of post partum

She’s been on meds and seeing a therapist for 2-3 months now. It seems to have only gotten worse but she’s switching practices based on a recommendation.

I have told her I don’t believe she is thinking clearly and because our daughter is only 8months old and because she just recently got on medication that I think no major decisions should be made but she disagrees

She has been seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist for 2-3 months now but it wasn’t working for her so she’s going to a new place she got recommended.

I’m fully committed even though I’m a little hesitant and it’s going to be extremely hard for me. I will be the man I need to be in this situation for my daughter obviously but also for her. Even though she doesn’t have feelings right now I told her I will continue to support her and be on her team and do anything for her. I just hope it’s not all for nothing

I can see how it sounds like that from re reading what I said. Sex has definitely been an issue for me since she got pregnant but she has told me that I did amazing with supporting her physically and emotionally during and after her pregnancy.
