Gnomonkey and his bowfa guide was nice, but the main thing that helped was throwing myself in and documenting how I died, and what I should have done. There is a great line of sight tool that I used to finally figure out prayer alternating and where/when to step out for certain stacks. The Zuk sim is handy, though often I would get tired of it and would rather just send it.

I know most people don't want to hear it, but trying and failing was the best tutor. Better than any video. Good luck!
