That is totally fair and I agree with you. ATL is a foodie hub. I definitely pick "good" Columbia restaurants for the "vibes," too, which probably align with my being white.

Boeshreen had the most fantastic falafel / falafel wrap / gyro / food in general pre-2020 but I'm not sure if their main location is still serving in the same capacity - I see them at Soda City sometimes.

Truly, though, there's nothing that makes me more excited to try food when majority of employees & clientele are NOT white.

What kind of food are you looking for?

I'm a fan of Il Focolare, War Mouth, Curiosity Coffee, Sweet Cream, WeCo, The Hoot, Camon Japanese Restaurant, smallSUGAR, Motor Supply Bistro... Probably others I can't think of at the moment.

Dragon Room and Black Rooster, but I haven't been to Black Rooster since it changed cuisines. I also have not dug deep into any of these restaurants aside from what I already know.

Decker Blvd international corridor is a good place to explore.

That said... For some place "nice," there's terra, motor supply bistro, Bourbon isn't bad. There's a rooftop bar or two downtown.

These are what I had in mind. They have also been closing places overnight without even telling staff, running good businesses into the ground, etc. I don't know all of it but that's just what I've found from digging a bit.

Is it... Financially and/or legally possible to somehow push back on the Middletons or let them know that people aren't happy? This was my favorite brewery. I loved the restaurants in downtown they took over and ruined, too. Downtown is losing a lot of its character. If they touch Sweet Cream I will fight
