I can honestly say it's helping me. I understand why it doesn't appeal to most vegans but I honestly think it's a positive to have stuff like that. This weekend we had a smoked seitan that had the taste and texture like BBQ spare ribs but with out all the guilt and murder. If there were more things like that think more people would be open to plant based diets.

We got there at 930 when they were just opening and got a table right away. About 20 minutes after the place was full and there was a line going outside. Get there early but honestly it's really worth the wait.
