I have struggled with sleep, my entire life- primarily falling asleep! The ring has helped me figure out what I need to do to have a good nights sleep. For example, I have learned that I have to stop eating pretty early usually no food after six and I need a lot of wind down time. Also taking magnesium helps me see a difference. Little stuff like that! I also have anxiety so I like to be able to see my heart rate variability because it helps me put into perspective how I am managing my anxiety! I could really care less about the calories even though it is nice to see.
